Web Custom Control that extend RadioButtonList to allow uncheckable state.

Web Custom Control project (VS2005 - C#).
By switch the "Required" property you change the behavior :
1. True : it's the default RadioButtonList behavior
2. False :
- None option preselected
- You can uncheck an option already checked
